Your usual legal and tax team now is Fischer y Cía. We start in 2021 organized under a new name but backed by the trajectory and experience of a consolidated work team.
We are excited about the opportunity to continue working together, as a team and with our clients, under an agile and efficient structure that encourages creative thinking and innovation.
Fischer y Cía. brings together the legal-tax team led by partners Alex Fischer, Carolina Collantes, Isabel Espinoza and Juan Cristóbal Ortega. Likewise, Fischer y Cía. comprises the entire Tax Compliance team, led by Boris León; and summons a significant part of the corporate area, led by Cristóbal Herrera and joined -as a partner- by Gerardo Cruzat, who will lead the Banking & Finance and Transactions practice.
During the first semester of 2021 we will maintain our offices at Av. Costanera Sur 2730, 12th floor. Also, our current emails will continue to receive messages, in addition to our new emails under the domain @ fischerycia.cl. Our new phone number is +562 3210 4500, notwithstanding that the current phone will continue to operate for a reasonable time.
